How to customize a set nail?
It's easy to make our existing nail sets your own. You can tailor the length, shape, and design to perfectly match your style.
Here are your options:
- Size Customization: Select your ideal nail size (from 8mm-17mm).
- Shape Customization: Choose from any of our existing nail shapes.
- Design Customization: Adjust colors, swap embellishments, or modify designs to suit your unique taste.

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed for you at checkout. We also offer free shipping on worldwide orders over $20 USD.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as our artists have finished creating your nails. We operate on business days, which don't include public holidays. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery times are based on average estimates. Sometimes, tracking updates can be delayed, so please be patient. If your tracking information hasn't updated for over a week, please contact us at service@cherryni.com, and we'll promptly work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Will multiple items be in one package?
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability. When items ship together, the order will follow the later estimated delivery date. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
